GameChanger

"These are a game changer. I put them in my Crispi Altitude GTX’s and I cannot believe how much of a difference they make. The arch of my foot sits perfectly in the pocket. The support is incredible. If your hiking long distances you understand the ware and tear your feet take. The arch support helps big time. The price is awesome as well. Probably the best $25 I’ve spent in years. They are true to sizing also. I wear a size 10 in the crispis and no trimming was needed."

happy feet

"I was getting ready to purchase an entirely new pair of shoes. my wife convinced me to try a pair of super feet insoles first and I am so glad that I waited. The moment I took the old insoles out and opened the super feet insoles, I could see a clear difference. After actually walking on them for just a few minutes, I could tell you that it was a completely new feeling and so comfortable."

"Been trying to get the hiking version of Superfeet for years. Either stores didn't carry them or they were sold out. Been using the Run Superfeet instead but the hiking version is a better fit for hiking boots as one would expect."

My feet say thank you!

"I really like the Hike Support insoles. They add life to my boots and comfort to my feet. I put these in a pair of Merrill hiking boots, and they have somewhere around 200 miles on them so far. They are still comfortable!"

Super Soles for super feet

"These are the BEST. I began using superfeet insoles in 2021 as they were carried by REI. Since testing these soles against others I have no longer needed to search elsewhere. Superfeet has dominated the insole game—proof of favoritism of my own and most all my colleagues and friends. I began switching out stock soles some years ago looking for better foot stamina out of boots over long hard presses for work under weight. I now have transitioned to using aftermarket (superfeet) insoles in ALL of my shoes! Because the comfort benefit is just so far superior. My work provides me with about 15 custom 3D molded orthopedic pharmaceutical insoles a year… I still choose to spend my money on these insoles for my feet because superfeet soles are just that good. The green Hike support is my ultimate favorite. And I don’t just use it for hiking. I love running and doing ultras on trails and speed hiking in lows burning up and down ridge line as fast as I can. These handle the heavier running impact exceptionally. I also recently broke my foot and had major surgery which I’ve exclusively used superfeet max cushion insoles to get me back to running and walking comfortably. I run in Altra and Hoka. Both I use either with replacement superfeet insoles or for extra cushion I’ll put a superfeet sole on top of the factory liner. I’ve also placed carbon fiber plates underneath and have used in all sorts of enforcements and fashions. These are outstanding."

Quality support at an affordable price

"I have four pair of these Superfeet Hike Support insoles - in Merrill athletic shoes for the gym, John Deere steel toe slip-on boots for riding and the shop, Danner boots for outdoors. They have made a big difference in all-day comfort and wearability. Sizing was good. They just slipped right in. Far, far superior to standard drug store "cushion insoles" and exactly what I was looking for."

Q&A

I bought the trailblazer for hiking. The right one is comfortable with no issues. The left one fits in my shoe with no problem however it makes a popping sound that can also be felt. This occurs every fourth step or so and it’s uncomfortable as well. I have reinserted the insole several times but it does not help. Do you have any ideas?
Hi Nikki, I am sorry to hear your insoles are making a popping noise. I know how embarrassing it can be to walk around with noisy insoles as that has happened to me before, too! The good news is, usually a simple trim can fix it. I understand that sometimes it seems like the insole is a perfect fit in the shoe and doesn't need trimming, but it is important to note that the insole needs to move independently inside the footwear, so it shouldn't be too tight against the inside of the shoe. If they are too long and there is bunching, it could cause a squeak/popping noise. Even just a little hairline trim can help! There should be a small gap of 1 to 2 mm between the Superfeet insole and the end of the footwear. Here is a link to our trimming guide, with a helpful video too: https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/instructions If the sound persists after trimming, you can also try adding some baby powder underneath the insole, or, as strange as it sounds, you can even place a dryer sheet under the Superfeet insole. If this does not work, there is the possibility of a manufacturing defect, which can happen occasionally. In that case, please reach out directly at the link below: https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/contact-us
Which insole would be best for ski boots?
Hi Mark, If your ski boots are roomy, I recommend GREEN. GREEN is a heavy-duty insole that offers legendary support and shock-absorption. It features a high-density foam layer that supports and cushions the foot and a deep heel cup sculpted for comfort and pain relief. This insole has a max thickness and high arch profile, so it will fit best in roomy footwear or shoes with removable insoles. If your ski boots are tighter-fitting, I recommend BLACK. BLACK provides a low profile shape but has the added benefit of taking up less space in your shoes. The heel cup and high-density foam layer work together to absorb impact, support, and cushion the foot. This is our most flexible, low-volume insole that we carry and could pair nicely in your shoes if they are tight-fitting or do not have removable insoles.
I have the copper in my rubber boots, but am looking to see if there is a better option in my new salomon hiking shoes. I am looking at the trailblazer comfort, blue, or orange, but am unsure which will be best. I am outside most days and on uneven terrain and want to get the best insole for my needs
Hi Brian, I recommend trying TRAILBLAZER, which allows your feet to settle into the insole to prevent blisters and hotspots while navigating uneven terrain. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/trailblazer-comfort If you feel comfortable doing so, you could try going to a store that carries our product to test out a demo or two to see what insole feels the best for you and your footwear. The store locator tool is a great resource to see what’s close to you by typing in your zip code. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/store-locator/
Can these be used in water shoes? If not what Superfeet insole can be used in water shoes?
Hi Bob, I know how important it is to have proper support under your feet, so that your feet feel good! I know how much better I feel when I have proper support in each of my shoes, including the water shoes (like Keen) that I wear to the river. It is fine to fully submerge Superfeet in water, just so long as they properly fit in your shoes according to fit and trim guidelines. To limit premature wear, make sure that after each use you remove the Superfeet from the shoe, rinse the insole free of any debris, and allow the insoles to fully air dry outside of the shoes until their next wear.
How does this insole differ in construction and material from the Run Comfort? It appears to be identical, but with a different branding for application of use?
Hi Greg, The main difference between the two is that TRAILBLAZER features a dual comfort foam that allows your feet to settle into the insole to prevent shifting, hotspots, and blisters. RUN Comfort features a rebounding style of foam that is bouncier and better tuned for running.
