"I had constant ankle pain in my left ankle. I started to get steroid shots from my doctor. I asked if arch supports would help. Doctor told me they might and recommended this brand. I have low arches and followed the instructions on how to pick the correct arch support and bought the medium arch supports. I could not believe it. Pain is gone!!!!!! Worked for me. I am buying more to put in the rest of my shoes. I would recommend trying them."
"I use Superset in all of my daily wear shoes and boots. From duty boots and shoes before I retired to daily wear western boots (pretty much all I wear). I have fairly high arches and these always go into new shoes/boots. I prefer the Blue because they ar thinner and will fit just about any boot or shoe, where the Green are a little thicker and have made some shoes/boots too tight to wear.
