"With my high arches, these are a necessary upgrade from the stock insoles for all my cycling shoes. Good sturdy support, stays in place, and lasts as long as the shoes. I knocked one star off only because I feel they have gotten overpriced."

"These arches changed the way I walk. My leg stopped hurting and my back hurts less. You do have to get used to them. I started on the 1st day of the month and wore them 1 hour. Every day I increased the hours until I got to day 15. By then I could wear them all day. I have 3 arches that I use in my sneakers."

"I was skeptical about the effectiveness of these and reluctant about the price. However, after using them for several years, I can’t wear shoes without them anymore. I have them in every pair of shoes I own from my hiking boots to my daily work shoes. The difference in how my feet and legs feel after a hike with Superfeet in my boots as opposed to without is wild. A must have! Be sure to get the right size!"

"I tired 3 different styles of Superfeet insoles and these worked best for me - low profile and not too thick but lots of support. I also tried a few cheaper brands from amazon but nothing came close to the Superfeet quality and feel. I also have to say their customer service/return procedure was fantastic - they made the return/exchange process very easy. Highly recommend their insoles!"

- How thick are these insoles?
- Hi Martina, BLUE measures approximately 5.4 mm thick in the heel and 4 mm thick in the forefoot. This is an unweighted measurement and can change once pressure is applied.
- We need blue mens H and can't find them anywhere. Is this a size you offer and if so when will they be back in stock?
- Hi Stephanie, BLUE is not available in size H. GREEN, wideGREEN, and ORANGE insoles are available in Size H, for Men’s shoe size 15.5 through 17.
- Looking for a good supportive soccer cleat insert for my 9 year old. He has been having issues with heel pain and knee pain. He wears a size 4 but a lot of your inserts don’t come in kids sizes.
