"I wear 11W, my brandock size being 10. 5 EEE. I ordered 11. 5-13's. These particular ones are on the smaller end of the superfeet insoles. The work cushion and the runs are larger. I cut off around 1/4" at the front for these to fit my Merrell's. They are 11W. The work cushion I cut off nearly 1/2" So, if you are an 11 and you are a wide. Size it up. So far they are very comfy. Significantly better vs oe Merrell insoles. The cushioning is denser."

"I bought these for my Brooks Ghost Max 3 running shoes (size 10. 5 wide) that I wear daily and put 1-3 miles on a day. I was hoping that these would work for both daily wear and when I start running again, but they are definitely not effective for daily usage. I wore them for about 3 weeks, and when actively moving they felt fine. However, when driving or sitting for any period of time, the narrow heel and rigid underside caused significant pain in my heel that has not resided even after taking the insoles out. I would give it a 1 star, but I feel that is unfair given I haven't used it in an intense workout or activity yet. I will try them out when playing basketball and update if they improve."
