"I have purchased 2 pairs of these insoles: for mountaineering boots and ski boots. The insoles fit well into the boots with some trimming. They don’t take up too much space. I have been using both pairs in my ski boots and mountaineering boots for a few months now- the insoles are working well to provide support. I have medium sized arches (not super low or high) and women’s size 8. 5 feet. These insoles cup my heels well and make for a better fit overall in the boots. I would recommend."

How thick are the insoles? My boots are snug and my previous 4.5mm insoles took up too much space.: Hi RJ, The WINTER Comfort Thin insoles measure approximately 5 mm thick in the heel and 4 mm thick in the forefoot.
