"These Superfeet insoles have helped tremendously with my plantar fasciitis symptoms. I noticed a real difference in comfort and support, especially when I’m on my feet for long periods or playing sports. My only regret is not buying another pair because I keep moving them from my work shoes, to my court shoes, to my everyday sneakers lol. I’ll definitely be getting another set."
"Comfortable underfoot, no argument there. But they eat a lot of volume, lift the heel noticeably, and push the width out, so you end up running in a different shoe than the one you chose. Fine for walking or standing all day. For running, especially at pace, it's not the tradeoff I'd make. Personally cannot recommend these for any runner."

"The run cushion is better suited for the majority of use cases. The only reason I'd say to buy the run support instead is if you're buying running shoes but using them just for walking. This insole will provide more support related to walking and have low volume overall to avoid making your shoe uncomfortable. For a walking insole in a running shoe, these are phenomenal choice. I used mine in my Topo Athletic shoes and use them for rucking."

"Sometimes you don't really realize how much better a product can impact your runs until you give it a try. I have been thoroughly impressed with the brooks glycerin Max's and have no complaints. I didn't NEED new insoles but wanted to see how these felt. 1st run was a 10k with 1,000ft elevation gain so they got broke in pretty hard. Feet felt amazing the whole time and after felt amazing as well. Definitely well made, cradle and support my feel very well."

"Running long distances multiple times a week to keep up with Army and Division standards. I found these inserts about 4 years ago at Fleet feet. Absolute game changer. They helped get rid of foot and knee pain. I change them out about twice a year, so when I saw them on sale here at EV I purchased 10 pair plus a few of their hiking inserts. That should last me a while!"
