Reviews

these are incredible! I have

"these are incredible! I have flat feet and so I don't feel like I have a lot of support in most of my shoes. but with these they feel really incredible whether I'm walking around work or taking the dog out! couldn't recommend more!"

Awesome for arch support!

"Superfeet is the best and these particular inserts are the perfect for flatter feet/fallen arches. I use these in my running shoes to help with over pronation."

Karen S. (5/5)

I have very flat feet

"I have very flat feet which usually causes foot and lower back pain. These insoles absolutely fix that and are very comfortable overall."

Blaine B. (5/5)

SAVED ME!!!

"I had been dealing with an injury and I had been doing all of the recovery things that you could possibly be doing, then I found these insoles, and they saved my running. I was able to go out, run with minimal amount of pain and get back on my pace. I have started training again for my long runs. I absolutely love these insoles so much that I went back to buy more because there was no way I could imagine running or walking without them now. There is nothing bad i could possibly say about the insoles and the company!"

I give 2 stars because

"I give 2 stars because the fabric liner on top soul started peeling in less then a week. These were pricey and should’ve lasted and they’re already falling apart. They’re comfy but durability is just as important"

Richard D. (2/5)

Love these!

"I a started using these a while back and can’t go without! I am more of a medium arch, but I use these for everyday support and for my running shoes. Especially on those longer miles."

Sairi E. (5/5)

I was looking for good

"I was looking for good arch supports, but these surpass any that I have tried."

Beverly F. (5/5)

These are great

"I need a few more pairs for all my boots and running shoes! Great added support for my messed up feet, ankles, and knees. Highly recommended for running, rucking, and work."

Q&A

Are these good for flat feet? I work at an Airport and walk and stand a lot.
I know how important it is to find a good solution to keep your feet happy. Since I’m not a medical doctor, I can’t say for certain which insoles (if any) will help with that. Your best point of contact for specific pain management questions would be your physician or podiatrist. What we at Superfeet can do is recommend insole options for you that are based on your foot shape, footwear, and daily activities. I’d be happy to talk through different options with you, but I’ll need to know a little bit more about you. Please reach back out using the contact form below and let us know a little more about the shoes you plan on using, how those shoes fit, and the activities you most often perform. superfeet.com/en-us/contact-us
I wear a Brooks Dyad 11, size 10 extra wide

I wear Brooks GTS 19 in size 6.5. I took the sole finder quiz and it recommends to go with Adapt Run. What size insoles would you recommend for walking purposes. Thanks
Hi Sandy, I recommend orderings Superfeet size "C" (US Women's shoe size 6.5-8) and trimming the insoles to fit your shoes. If you decide to try Superfeet and they don't end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days of purchase. This includes insoles that have been trimmed and worn!
Hi - I’m new to ordering insoles but have had foot pain and my PT suggested unsolved. If I’m a size 8 what is the best size insole to order?
Hi Sarah, I recommend ordering Superfeet size "C", which fits US Women's size range 6.5-8.
I wear a New Balance Women's size 8.5 sometimes a 9 if the shoe runs small and a Hoka size 8 (all Hoka's are a size 8) and an Altra size 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe. What size insole should I order in the run adapt?
Hi Kristy, It is most important that your heel fits properly in the heel cup (without swimming in extra room, and without spilling over the edges), and that you feel the arch shape slightly more towards your heel, and not directly underneath the crest of your arch. If you are on the cusp of the next size, sizing up could move the arch into a more comfortable position. I recommend going to a store near you that carries Superfeet to try the different sizes on in person. The store locator tool is a great resource to see what stores are close to you by typing in your zip code. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/store-locator/
