UNDERSTANDING THE SCIENCE

39% More Responsive

The plate and foam work in tandem intelligently adjusting with your stride. Softening when you ease off, reinforcing when you accelerate, creating ride that feels tuned to your every moment.

Carbitex® Carbon Fiber Plate

Unlike rigid plates, Carbitex® adapts to you. It feels natural at easy paces and fully engages at speed to amplify propulsion without the stiffness of other carbon designs. It works with your body, not against it.

SuperRev™ foam

SuperRev™ Foam can change how a run feels. The unique beaded structure blends supercritical foams for max energy return and durability. It's cushioning soft enough to take the edge off every landing, yet charged to launch you into the next stride.

Good Idea, Poor result

"I really wanted to like these insoles, the concept of being able to add a carbon plate and a little more foam to a trainer thus making it a super trainer is a great idea. however it doesn't work with this product. the heal area is much too wide and can not be trimmed. the carbon plate adds stiffness without responsiveness. Super shoes and trainers work becuase the plate in sandwiched or inside the layer of foam. if the pate in in the insole it can not work with the foam. also most trainers where you would add this insole too use a foam thats already stable, not needing the pate for added stability like a race day shoe with a softer bouncier foam. Overall not my favorite and would recommend spending the money just to put toward a true super shoe."

Comfortable insoles at the start

"Comfortable insoles at the start of a run, but after a mile or so I can feel some sort of bump in only my left insole, almost like it is bunching up or bending. If I put tape on the bottom of my foot, the pain is manageable but I don't think I will get another pair. This is the only issue I've had with any super feet product."

Matt S. (3/5)

Waste of money

"This is all hype the fiber plate flexes way to much for one. There is no way if gives any return. The main issue though is they run small. I tried four different pairs of 11 mens shoes and in all of them i can feel the end of the insole with my toes. Its over a quarter inch to short. Beyond annoying to feel this the whole time. If you had a 10. 5 they might work fine but at this price i expect more. None of the other super feet insoles have this issue."

Aaron W. (2/5)

Noticeable Difference

"I could really feel the spring these insoles gave to my non-super shoes during my run. My splits are definitely quicker and they are pretty comfortable. The only knock I have is the upper side doesn't seem to be the same material as other SF insoles. I do notice my feet sliding a little after a few miles. While I'm using them primarily for shorter, faster runs, I do wonder if they might cause blisters on a longer one."

Kevin S. (4/5)

Super supportive, maybe a bit

"Super supportive, maybe a bit of a boost on higher tempo runs; overall great insole"

Nick D. (5/5)

Not what I was expecting

"Inserts were thick at the heal, felt like my foot was going to slip out of my shoe."

Angelo W. (2/5)

Didn't really help my foot

"Didn't really help my foot pain. If anything, my feet felt more wore out after using for a few hours."

Carter J. (2/5)

Superfeet Run Pacer Elite

"Yes I can feel the carbon plate doing what it is supposed to do and it feels good. I trimmed the sides of the insole down to have a more space in one of my more looser fitting daily trainers. The insole is higher profile than expected and not only takes up more space and makes the shoe feel too snug but also in the heel. Had to loosen up the laces and put on a thinner sock."

Kim H. (3/5)

I im a very mid-distance

"I im a very mid-distance runner, but I'm motivated to get faster. This actually works really well with my Brooks Glycerin GTS 22; I felt more energy return, and Strava data shows a 15s improvement."

Armand. S. (5/5)

Fantastic Insert for Runners

"I really enjoy this insert for my running shoes. It’s not too heavy and adds some spring to my step."
