"I work for the USPS and walk 16 miles a day,6 days a week. I can tell you I noticed a difference right away. After taking about a week to get used to I notice that my legs and feet were less fatigued at the end of each day. "I have a couple sets of these (hike cushion specifically). They're comfortable and robust. For me they seem to last ~3 pairs of shoes, but I think that's very subjective. I often use them to give some more support in shoes that come with a flat foot bed or slippery insoles - both work/hiking and casual shoes. I would classify myself as having a medium arch and narrow heel. A couple notes: They are relatively high volume. Maybe not ideal if the shoes you want to put them in are already a bit tight or if you have a high volume foot, as they might cause your foot to feel crowded. These specifically are also probably not the right model choice if you have wide feet/shoes."
